The team here at the Landhuis Company is experienced, professional and very friendly. Dave Cocolin is our President and Chief Operating Officer, and has been with the Company since 2001. He is responsible for all company operations. Alan Vancil is our Chief Financial Officer, and has been with the Company since 1996, while Jeff Mark is our Director, responsible for land development.

Our office is run by Sue and Chasity. Chasity is our property management and office manager, and wears lots of hats here at the Landhuis Company.
